Once a year, or maybe more if you are in the mood, you get to celebrate this holiday in style, with drinks, music and decorations.  Being a fan, I created this art work on a miniature sombrero, with multi-colored feathers, of course hot peppers and a real hot sauce bottle.  The real surprise is that there is a multi-colored, multi-functional string of lights on the brim.  The rear has a bowtie created from a man's necktie.  The brim has multi-colored foam roses and leaves.
