Red, black and silver always present a great elegant look and the large ostrich plumes in both colors add height and flair to this piece.  The base is a mini hat with a ladies red and silver trimmed garter surrounding the brim.  Adorning the front is a former Miami Ink watch, ringed with rhinestones, with a skull in a rose on the watch face.  Adjacent are Japanese child's barretts.  The rear has a fabric rose with seed beads and a black lace swatch drapes from the rear.
