A lovely light beverage requires a lovely light chapeau. This art piece is made from a vintage straw hat in light pink. I have surrounded the hat with delicate netting, and nestled several bottles of wine within folds of pink tulle. Curled pink ribbons sit atop the rear and draping from behind are strands of pink ribbins, each with an attached piece of wine corks with a center pearl and a plastic crystal.
