If someone you love is celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, then this was created with them in mind. The art piece was taken from a 1950s Wedding Cake Topper.  I found material from a Vintage Wedding Dress and a delicate garter sits around the brim.  Of course the bride and groom make an appearance.  The rear bow and applique were taken from a wedding tablecloth.
